The Technology organization under Nokia Cloud and Network Services (CNS) is chartered to create technology disruptions in CNS by transforming technical capabilities of the workforce to drive innovation across all disciplines.
The Knowledge Management and Competency Development (KMCD) team within Technology is responsible for capabilities development and knowledge management across all of CNS supporting engineering, services and CARE.
We help build a continuous role-based learning culture combining all forms of learning with emphasis on collaboration to build the capabilities of future.
The Digital Operations Architect is responsible for developing competency programs for enabling CNS teams to successfully design and deploy assurance & fulfilment solutions and helping to ensure collaborative knowledge sharing across the organization.
He or she will be the Global Champion for the global community of practice to support the creation, capture, and exchange of knowledge relevant to the community.
