At the moment, we are recruiting a Sales and Administrative Assistantt (m / f) for our staff, who is willing to discover a new project and who is searching for a continuous evolution in their area of practice :

CHALLENGE

To integrate our IT consultancy team, whose growth is escalating daily.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Perform daily billing assistance duties.
  • Prepare, send and follow invoices to customers.
  • Check and process monthly reports and expenses from consultants.
  • Control and record third party and supplier invoices.
  • Track and issue supplier and customer ordering and billing adjustments.
  • Coordinate with accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
  • Maintain and manage information in our databases.
  • Process employees travel requests.
  • Manage telephone and visitors’ reception.
  • Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing mails and emails.
  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English; French is a plus.

  • Autonomy and dynamism;

  • Responsible in meeting deadlines.
