Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Provisioning Service Specialist will be accountable for the detailed design of the assigned services under his / her domain.

This includes developing, improving and maintaining procedures, guidelines and proper tools to support the service.

In some cases,this could also include coordinating the implementation and deployment of Improved / new services, requiring strong relationships with many Stakeholders in the organization.

He / she will be a key partner for the Service Owner.

Key responsibilities :

Ensure the implementation, deployment and communication of improved / new services under his / her domain

Develop, maintain, update and ensure the diffusion of the operational procedures

Participate in service improvement projects and ensure a follow-up of project delivery through relevant indicators for the Service Unit

Organize the training design and provide training whenever is required

Perform and promote problem solving, root-cause analysis on possible issues under the services provided under his / her domain, ensuring corrective plans, improvements, automation and standardization

Propose improvements and ensure a global follow up for service improvement plans

Ease the users self-service approach (shift left strategy) using standard solutions and generating self- intuitive solutions

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external Stakeholders

Education and Experience

Degree in Purchasing, Business Management or Finance

Possess 3 to 5 years minimum of experience in procurement or purchasing domains

Analytical skills

Proactive with a high level of initiative

Customer -orientated with good level of problem solving skills

Ability to interact with all levels in the organisation

Strong collaboration skills

Service driven mindset and ability to be agile

Good level of spoken and written skills in English

Ability to speak the local language would be preferred
