Job Description
Create HR reports in a self-organized way;
Focus in standard data reporting in Excel;
Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI;
Qualifications
Degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics or related fields;
Professional experience design and developing reports, dashboards and visualizations in data tools (ex : Power BI);
Experience in data manipulation and analysis;
Previous background / working experience in HR analytics and SAP HCM / HR and / or SuccessFactors (is a plus);
English proficiency (C1);
Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people and projects at all levels in an organization.
