This "Senior Talent Data Analyst" role will report to our Head of People Analytics and be part of a global team that spans surveys, dashboards, and advanced analytics for the entire employee life cycle.
Partnering with the Global Head of Employee On-boarding, TA Operations & Effectiveness and the TA leadership team. In this role you will help build the data automation roadmap for talent acquisition and drive initiatives to use data to inform key decisions.
You will be tasked with getting a deep understanding of our key functions and leveraging data to inform the TA leadership team of trends, challenges and opportunities.
