On behalf of an international shoe shop, Gi Group is currently looking for new employees m / f / x to support their help desk with their glowing personalities.

Your Task

Warm and welcoming customer service via telephone and email in Dutch

Friendly interest in the customer, giving service personality and a little extra

Giving advice concerning payments, shipping and other customer needs

Providing information about the availability of the products and prices

Your Profile

A positive attitude and a self-confident, friendly appearance

Very good knowledge of written and spoken Dutch and good English

Enjoy dealing with Dutch customers needs and getting to know new people

A passion for sneakers and a sense for modern fashion trends
