Are you ready to join the Nokia Digital Office team and contribute by ensuring that Nokia’s digital assets are secure?

The Security Delivery Manager will be a key leadership role within the Digital Office ensuring that the policies defined by our Global Security organization are adhered to in the execution of IT Security Services.

The successful candidate will work with both Nokia colleagues as well as our 3rd party Managed Services provider who delivers IT Operations services for both our On Premise and Cloud IT assets, in the protection of these assets.


Specifically, the Security Delivery Manager is responsible for :

  • Management / Coordination of Security Services with 3rd party suppliers & within the Digital Office organization.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Nokia’s Security Policies and SOPs, ISO27001, SOX and other legal requirements through the management of the implementation of the required security controls by the delivery teams.
  • Accountable for risk reduction through the creation and drive of security remediation plans involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the Operational Compliance Management and Risk Management processes within Digital Office.
  • Work to continuously improve the security posture of the Digital Office Infrastructure
  • Engage colleagues to develop proposals to improve security policy adherence, reduce technical debt and simplify the Nokia landscape
  • Manage the Security Service KPI Reporting to transparently communicate the level of security compliance as well as vendor performance.
  • Work closely with the Global Security organization in the evolution of policies to take advantage of the latest best practices.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with an emphasis in Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in the governance,implementation and delivery of IT security services
  • Network security experience
  • End user and enterprise compute security experience
  • Infrastructure security experience
  • Software and Application Security experience
  • Cloud Security (GCP, Azure, AWS) experience
  • CISSP, CISA and / or CISM certified
  • Experience working in large, complex public or private organizations as part of an international team.
  • A track record of successfully working with a 3rd party Managed Service provider
  • Proficient in English
  • Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to both provide management briefings and work at a detailed level other security professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities is a dynamic fast pace environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a virtual environment across time zones
  • Collaborative work style with a bias for action
  • Able to influence others across the organization
