Salesforce Administrator

In this role you would perform functions such as analysis, evaluation, testing and debugging of applications programs in support of one or more functional areas such as Materials, Marketing, Accounting operations.

Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies, and supports databases, or utilities software. Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the conduit between a user group and an IT Development team.
  • Collaborates with customers, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to document user requirements and assesses available technologies.
  • Provides business analysis and programming expertise along with the design and development of business applications.
  • Prepares detailed specifications for configuration execution or writing of programs and designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs.
  • Monitors and reports statuses of project activities identify issues that inhibit meeting project goals and implements corrective actions.
  • Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
  • Key Qualifications

  • Relevant BSc or MSc degree with at least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Preferred Experience

  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Familiarity with SpringCM configurations
