As an eLearning Manager, you will be a key member of the Customer Success team where you’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining educational content to achieve business goals.

You will own the entire client and partner training and certification process managing our LMS while working closely with the product, knowledge, and sales teams.

What you will be tasked to do :

Lead requirements gathering across all personas to deliver effective educational programs and learning journeys.

Maintain and administer LMS and content creation tools.

Hold accountability for the global quality management of learning content & evolution of programs according to pertinence & accurate evaluation of satisfaction, skills & impact.

Implement new ways of learning modalities such as new content, new technologies, new design.

Encourage best practice sharing & collaboration in a multi-local environment to successfully create / maintain learning solutions that align with business priorities.

Continuously improving existing content performance over time by using analytics and aligning with key stakeholders on potential improvements and evolution needed in content and learning sharing.

Create and deliver up-to-date e-learning content by collaborating with internal product owners and external contractors and freelancers.

Manage certification guidelines and recertification process of learners.

Collaborate with CSM to provide relevant training to clients and coaching to partners so they can leverage the most out of the Academy.

Education / certification in fields related to Educational Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or similar.

5+ years of operational experience, ideally in a SaaS company, as a Learning & Development specialist with a strong track record in delivering educational eco-systems that incentivise and motivate learners resulting in high user engagements.

Deep knowledge of learning management systems and platforms (LMS), learner analytics and KPIs, gamification, certification, and recertification programs.

Able to lead by influence in a multicultural environment.

Experience in instructional and course design with tools such as Articulate, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and video editing is a must.

Experience applying machine learning and AI techniques to enhance course creation is a plus.

Service-oriented. Strong customer / end-user focus.

Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Outstanding communications skills in English; German or French is a plus.

You are based in Lisbon, Frankfurt, Zurich, or London.
