To be the single point of contact to our Corporate Clients for all their Cash Management requests from the account opening on, ensuring high client satisfaction, while protecting the bank interest.
Your Main Activities Are
Provide Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients with a first line entry point for support in their post-sales and post trade activities.
Maintain a dynamic, interactive and pro-active relationship with the clients and with the internal stakeholders, ranging from Front Office to Back Office and Support Functions.
Main objective is to manage client's expectations and to be responsible for providing the client with the appropriate answer within a timely manner.
Ensure and improve day-to-day operational efficiency for maintaining and improving effective client queries management and as such as directly contributing to the clients' satisfaction.
Report and handle any incidents, complaints and claims according to procedures and policies in place. Be owner of procedures and responsible for the update.
Share his / her expertise with the junior team members
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
5 to 7 years of experience in Client Management or Banking and Financial Operations
Knowledge in Investment & Wholesale Banking - Cash Management & Corporate Deposits
Analytical and Problem solving mind-set
Excellent Client communication skills
Take initiative, propose & signal improvements / changes
Fluent in English
Other European Language is a plus
