The role ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps leadership identify and drive strategic sales programs and initiatives forward.

The role focuses on aligning the business priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The role focuses on the most critical strategic priorities for the business, facilitates cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps teams across revenue goals.

As a Digital Ad Sales Operations Manager you will implement solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems and opportunities.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working with Business teams, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives, and much more.


  • Own and implement Operational Excellence Frameworks to enable delivery of all targets
  • Farm new opportunities for revenue enhancement
  • Showcase and practice excellent client handling skills to ensure successful NPS scores and customer satisfaction
  • Define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for Ad Sales teams.
  • Help frame the problem in a complex and ambiguous context, identify and structure specific analyses to the business problems, and drive recommendations.
  • Gather data, jointly conduct business analysis, and identify solutions through effective communication and project management.
  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
  • Experience and Qualifications :

  • Deep Domain experience in Digital Ads, having worked on Google Adwords, Meta Ads, Programmatic Ads, Adtech etc
  • Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with leadership in crisis and change management situations
  • Knowledge of sales operations, Ad sales, and Internet / online media
  • Project management, problem-solving / analysis, verbal, written communication, and people skills
  • 5 years of relevant experience in running ad sales operations
  • 5 years of relevant experience structuring and executing analyses to support strategy
  • Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in a Management or a business field
  • Digital marketing certifications like Google , Meta etc added advantage.
