WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Service Improvement by maintaining an impactful roadmap of projects improving our cost-to-serve ratios and establishing a Return on Investment focused mindset, with a holistic view of service improvement opportunities across the partner management ecosystem.
You will champion the transformation of our partner management departments by using automation and maximising our tools potential for increased impact while elevating our teams' experience
Enhance Partner Learning building and scaling a golden standard digital learning platform, promoting partners' autonomy, self-service, and operational excellence while creating an outstanding learning experience.
You will adapt partner learning to align with the service improvement roadmap to ensure successful change management
Lead Learning delivery for the partner management departments, making sense of internal (partner facing teams) and external (partners) learning profiles and needs around the world and translating them into successful learning paths.
You will improve the onboarding and development programs, inspiring partner centricity, sales enablement, and customer experience advocacy as the core principles of service excellence.
Structure our Partner Communications operational framework for scale, supporting our partners across their Farfetch journey, inspiring engagement with best practices and increasing their success potential.
You will work with the corporate communications team to follow brand guidelines and coordinate timings with commercial communications.
Identify new spaces where the Partner Communications team can contribute to the larger partner management ambition, matching the delivery of the service improvement and learning evolution strategy
WHO YOU ARE
You have 8 years of experience in consulting, transformation or process management in digital environments
You are a people manager. You love leading teams through new and sometimes uncharted territory;
You have experience with digital learning management, methodologies and tools
You have a track record designing and improving E2E business processes holistically and you are familiar with RPA and CRM tools
You are an excellent change manager and know how to lead people to new behaviours;
You excel solving problems with demonstrated ability to use analytics to improve results
