We are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Center looking to expand its HR team, to lead communication & branding across the company.
Your new role
Organize communication kit :
Core Model : With help of Core team and software editors, organize communication around Core Model : what benefit for countries to apply?
what are the best practices that could be applied?
Internally, in collaboration with HR : nomination of employee of the months, promotion of success stories; office communication : branding, posters, news, etc
Toward customer, promote the company : create visual branding of logo, organize communication materials regarding employees (video, newsletter, best practice sharing, language skills or any other facts that could motivate SBS collaboration)
Organize feedback : prepare on-line questionnaire for every user of Share Service center to evaluate service, manage collective feedback and define appropriate answers.
Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
What you need to succeed
Operational experience in Shared Service Center (minimum 2 years)
Experience in communication appreciated, but not mandatory
Project management experience in complement would be a +
Good communication skills and ability to conduct meetings in a professional manner
Graduation or background on finance preferred but not mandatory
Fluent in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge or interest on digital marketing, social media and online content will be a plus;
Interpersonal skills : good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with communications, HR and other departments.
Confidence to deal and advise senior managers
