Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a talented Senior Project Manager (PM) who is equal parts obsessed by operational improvement and analytics and a mentor to our partners.
Working as part of Sage Center of Excellence Services team, you can expect to be partnering with functional leads, and support and enhance the interlock with relevant departments and colleagues, to ensure that all projects are executed with velocity and accuracy.
At the same time, you will enable our partners to become effective in the services delivery of Sage X3 by leverage Sage’s delivery methodology to manage project.
This includes coordinating the full activities they need like solutions consulting, implementation, customer care, or educational services for their projects.
You need to be equipped with a hybrid of software Sage X3, account management and consulting skills to be able to effectively enable our customers and channel partners, that is supported by a good understanding on how to deliver Sage X3 implementations.
On the soft skills level, is someone that will be highly respected and trusted at all levels of the organization, by having the ability to understand all sides and have a good judgement to make the best decisions.
Sage PMs seek to understand Customer’s needs, their business, how success is defined and ensure that we and our partners are exceeding expectations in the delivery of Sage X3.
PMs develop the plan to manage and drive the team members, Customer Stakeholders and, potentially, other third parties to achieve the agreed goals while understanding the Client environment and any limitations to execution.
