Description
We are looking for a full time Customer Communications Expert NL / BE for our growing Customer Communications Team EU. Our office is in the heart of Lisbon but working from home is a possibility.
If you speak Dutch on a native level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application!
Responsibilities :
You are the main person of contact for our Dutch speaking customers
You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media
You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment
You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.
Requirements
You are a strong communicator
You speak Dutch at a native level
You have business proficiency in English
You have a Portuguese NIF
You are passionate about food
You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy
You have good writing skills
You are hands-on, and have attention to detail
You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge
