Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Configure platforms to deliver commercial value in adherence to the scope of engagement
Document technical specs, deliver and support RBU and client meetings, demos & PoCs
Bring demos to life to help articulate value proposition during business development process
Ensure that platform capabilities are used to their full ability. Feedback to product management teams on client feedback
Create and handover robust technical scope to ensure business challenges are met
Keep up to date with platform road map, features & functions
Provide input into and / or lead Integration and User Acceptance Testing
Provide input into and / or review training material development
Manage prioritization and resolution of defects
Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables (if required through acting as project PM on smaller projects)
Report project status, and effectively identify, document, and resolve project risk (if required through acting as project PM on smaller projects)
Act as an advocate for clients by submitting new requests to the internal Product Management team(s) to support continuous product evolution and enhancement
Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of technology / services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences market
Position is client facing, interactions will occur on a daily basis by mail, phone and , when needed, F2F meetings
What we are looking for :
5 8 years of related experience in consulting or services delivery, ideally in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry
Solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the industry
Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills both in English and French
Has necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects
Must Have Skills :
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
SQL Server and another databases experience
Experience with SaaS products
Experience with Informatica, MuleSoft or other ETL tools
Exposed to REST / SOAP APIs interface
