THE ROLE

We are looking for an Agile Coach to guide and positively coach the whole organisation, from teams to senior leaders, in Lean and Agile principles and practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will promote continuous improvement, experimentation and collaboration towards value delivery, customer centricity and a positive working environment.

You'll partner and engage with leaders and teams across our business, with a focus on the technology area.

You'll create new internal products and evolve existing ones, such as the portfolio management system, organizational assessments, online training and more.

You'll share your experience and learn from others in internal sharing sessions.

You'll report into our Agile Coach Manager, a role within the Tech Excellence area.

WHO YOU ARE

An experienced Agile Coach in a large organization that worked at coordination and strategic levels for at least 4 years

Someone that lives the Agile and Lean principles, and that values flexible approaches to specific contexts

A professional that enjoys working in a team, sharing experiences and learning from each other

Knowledgeable on the business and transformational domains of Agility

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
