Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator with project management skills and has working knowledge of Rockwell Automation products to help drive adoption of our products and services and interact with customers to ensure the quality of deliverables.

What you will do :

  • Provide the best customer experience to our customers across the various global OEM / SI’s in helping build the required solution for our new greenfield facilities.
  • Provide administrative support for critical demand orders for select customers
  • Maintain and update customer data and generate reports to support local office sales teams.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Understanding and managing expectations of internal & external stakeholders to achieve project success and strengthen Rockwell’s partnership with the End User and the supplier ecosystem that includes OEM’s SI’s and RA distributors
  • Demonstrate commercial experience and aptitude working directly with End User Customers, RA OEM Team, RA Sales Team & RA Distribution Team.
  • Proactive tracking of part sales orders throughout the sales ecosystem, distributor, system integrator, end user etc. (Can’t guarantee any deliveries)
  • Identifying specific customer orders that require immediate attention
  • Coordinating with distributors RA deliveries for specific customers
  • Provide a single point of contact for these orders to our customers. Provide status reports as required
  • Success measured by customer experience feedback and the project delivery timeline
  • Help Manage and track POV / concession / Rebate accounting process for RA orders as applicable on the project, including financial tracking
  • Ability to work with, lead & coach remote and diverse Global Teams and collaborate with individuals at various levels within an organization in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Identification & mitigation of commercial & technical risks.
  • Facilitate and document meetings internally with the Sales team and externally with End user and OEMs and Sis
  • Work with the RA Quality Leads, planners and Product Business Units to manage product quality issues as required
  • Support sales personnel and interact directly with customer(s)
  • Support DCRM Platform as well as utilize Microsoft Tools (PowerBI) for data mining and reporting
  • Access to regional SAP and PowerBI tools to query critical parts
  • Interacting with Customer Care personnel within the GPO organization
  • Coordinates internal / external meetings, small events; assists with some travel around meeting logistics
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Associates degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business administration
  • 2 years’ prior experience in administrative support
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Proficient in using e-mail, Microsoft Outlook experience preferred
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; fluent in speaking and writing in English
  • Ability to :
  • Problem-solve and respond to unique situations in the appropriate manner
  • Take initiative and use sound judgment to complete tasks in an innovative way
  • Be responsive, proactive and provide attention to detail
  • Perceive the purpose of a project and work towards the end goal
  • Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and services
  • Experience with SAP and SharePoint
  • Thorough understanding of the Rockwell Automation organization from distribution and sales to the product & services businesses
  • Experience in commercial awareness and understanding about interfacing with End User and OEM customers.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or formal training in Project Management is desirable.
