Experience in IT Software support- Ability to follow predefined processes and procedures- Understanding of SLA's- Customer Oriented-
Ability to work under stress with a team- Knowledge of Windows workstation / Server platform and Microsoft applications-
Strong Knowledge in Active Directory- Knowledge of TCP / IP network- Basic knowledge of ITIL- Fluent in French Medium level of English Out offer : -
