Responsibilities

Reception and customer support

Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Back office support : monthly routines such as invoicing, contracts, etc

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office namely EXCEL

English spoken and written
