Among those are a lot of core products but also some new ones like a marketplace being tested in Portugal to expand to the rest of the world in the next 12-
24 months. You will be reporting to the Head of UX Design that reports directly to the board.We are looking for a confident Lead UX Designer who can lead projects and a cross-
functional team in creating compelling digital experiences. The candidate will champion UX, provide direction and oversee experience design solutions and manage the overall execution of the UX product.
Experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile. Tablet devices a plus
Experience in leading Design Thinking sessions (personas, user journeys, prioritization, etc)
Experience in building and shipping applications or software
Minimum 3 years of experience, 5 years preferred, in a user experience role
Ability to think at a high level about a complex, social product, and to clearly explain reasons for new features and changes.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed.
Main Responsibilities :
Develop scenarios, task flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors and high-
level design strategies for all devices
Own the overall strategy of the UX Research
Partner with Product Managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
Render and animate pre-visualizations to help communicate ideas
Present recommendations to business stakeholders and technical teams to influence decisions that create the best user experience
Collect and analyze user data through interviews, field visits, ethnography, surveys, focus groups, lab testing, benchmark studies, and server logs analysis.
