Case handling and support technician.

Degree in Telecommunications, IT or related field;
Relevant experience in Linux Administration, along with Installation and Commissioning of servers in live environment;
Intermediate Technical knowledge on mobile networks;
Good knowledge of Linux commands, processes and scripting;
Programming knowledge in Perl and Shell;
Knowledge of IP and telecommunication networks;
Trace & log file analysis tools (wireshark, AWK, KSAR, SoapUI);
knowledge in Oracle / Informix / MySql Databases;
Knowledge on Cloud solutions (Openstack and VMWare);
Availability to travel, and to work under pressure with SLA in mind;
Availability to work in shifts and / or in different time zones;
Both English and French Fluent;
Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision.
