Your mission :
Integrated in Rovensa’s administration area, this position has the responsibility to guarantee the correct administrative function, in the relationship with employees and suppliers, as well as in the treatment of information and documentation and all the remaining tasks related to the office’s internal management.
Key tasks and Activities :
Support the departments with administrative and secretarial work;
Schedule national and international trips and accommodation for reporting teams;
Check the team’s visa extracts;
Manage the physical archive;
Manage the meeting rooms;
Start the purchase order process in SAP;
Manage the office material needs;
Receive guests and provide the requested information;
Answering phone calls and forwarding them to their recipients.
The talent we search for :
Compulsory education (12º), bachelor or degree is a plus;
1+ year of experience in similar positions;
English, Portuguese languages proficiency level (Spanish is a plus);
Computer skills (Office), SAP knowledge is a plus;
Organization and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
Proactivity and driven for results;
Communication and interpersonal skills;
