With a track record of more than3.000 new hires between 2016 and 2017, the Recruitment & Talent Sourcingteam is fully committed to continue supporting BNP Paribas’ strategy inPortugal, while ensuring consistency and further optimization of their Recruitment delivery : attracting,hiring and retaining the best talent, while growing a strong Candidates’pipeline.

Following the Group’s surginggrowth in Portugal, we are currently looking for hiring a Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding Trainee , whose role comprises :


  • Recruitment and Employer Branding
  • Supporting on the full cycle of Recruitment and Employer Branding events
  • Participating in Recruitment events at Universities in the Portuguese territory
  • Disclosing of in-house events, contests and Recruitment Marketing materials
  • Liaising with Students in order to guarantee an effective assistance regarding BNP Paribas’ junior Job Opportunities
  • Suggesting new Marketing strategies to improve BNP Paribas’ talent attractiveness
  • Guaranteeing the best Candidate experience and promoting BNP Paribas’ reputation as a great place to work
  • Interacting continuously with different stakeholders : BNP Paribas’ Central Services, BNP Paribas’ Business Areas and External Providers
  • Information Record and Support Tasks
  • Keeping the latest and most complete information, from the Recruitment & Talent Sourcing events, to ensure the tracking of Campus Management activities’ results
  • Publishing and monitoring adverts for junior roles on the Universities’ Web Platforms
  • Controlling BNP Paribas’ materials / content, considering a specific Recruitment Event (merchandising, videos, digital forms and others)
  • Researching new events and Recruitment Market trends, following BNP Paribas’ Digital and Innovation strategy

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or related field
  • A short experience in Recruitment would be preferable
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Interest and / or experience in Events or Marketing initiatives (desirable)
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Organization and orientation towards results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Relationship building skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet delivery deadlines
