Social networks are currently a great marketing tool. The investment that companies make in social networks is huge. Influencers are paid very well for each post they make, as those who follow them usually buy the products they publish.

However, someone is required to track these ads and thats where you come in!Our client owns one of the biggest social networks and needs someone to give some support to companies that invest in ads.

Does it look good to you?Your daily tasks will be to talk daily with companies to understand what their need is and suggest ads to boost their revenue.

  • You will to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses across multiple channels to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner, and to provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products and provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
  • We need you to have a native level of Turkish and English language (C1 / C2) and to be available to work between 7am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts in Entrecampos, Lisbon.
