You will be represent the company at all times in the engagement of commercial customers via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic services regarding the identification, troubleshooting and resolution of security threats and attacks.
Required skills :
5+ years of experience providing technical support for enterprise.
2+ years of experience with Azure Security Center and Sentinel.
Five or more years industry experience with Microsoft products.
Hands-on knowledge in cloud technologies.
Knowledge in documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
Works well in a team environment, Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent demonstrated customer service skills.
Excellent Communication Skills - Spoken and written (including technical writing).
Excellent written and spoken level of English.
Desired skills :
Basic experience with scripting and / or programming.
Experience with Linux-based environments.
Workinh experience with SIEM systems.
