About NeuroSYS Research
At NeuroSYS Research we leverage the state-of-the-art machine learning methods for real-world scenarios. We design and develop advanced computer vision solutions for a variety of problems for microbiology laboratories, augmented reality systems, real-time surveillance, and many more.
We use the most recent advances in natural language processing for question answering, speech recognition, and to automate semantic structurization of data in learning management systems.
We carry out three research projects co-funded by the National Centre for Research and Development.
We are looking for an R&D Software Engineer with a strong programming background (Python) to join our team.
Your role :
Create and design solutions for various tasks, including : computer vision systems, natural language processing, and data processing pipelines
Integrate existing machine learning modules into production environment
Setup pipelines for monitoring and deploying software lifecycles
Be part of a R&D team - discuss and come up with solutions together with ML researchers
Must have :
3+ years of professional programming experience in Python
Experience with product development
Familiarity with Python libraries such as aiohttp or equivalent, requests, pandas
Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
Experience with SQL and noSQL databases
Practical knowledge of Git and familiarity with GitFlow
Practical knowledge of application containerization (Docker)
Excellent problem-solving ability
Good communication and teamwork skills
Good written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2 level)
Nice to have :
Experience in C++, React.js or Node.js
Degree in computer science, electronics, or equivalent
Experience in web development
Experience in asynchronous calls and multithreading
Experience with microservices
Experience in software development for embedded systems
Familiarity with machine / deep learning algorithms and libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Familiarity with parallel computing with CUDA
