Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role : Educational background in the field of science (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)Excel and Access on advanced level (ability to generate calculation tools, linked tables, dynamic databases, macros, etc.
Knowledge of tools like DB, SQL, Business Objects, QlikviewThe ability of data analysis and numerical interpretationKnowledge of the Call Center environmentRecognition between the different types of services and skills for their management and treatment.
