Your contribution to something big :
Performs and manage all the payroll and time and attendance activities according to the legal and tax requirements, processes and regulations of Netherlands;
Deals with complex day-to-day operational tasks and issues;
Prepare and manage all mandatory payments related to leavers;
Manage and follow up HR Business Partners s orders (personnel data maintenance in HR Core; document creation);
Developing, revising, and implementing HR Service processes;
Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to associates (assignees);
Expatriate related processes around the whole employee lifecycle (contracting, salary reviews, reporting, KPIs);
Lead special projects to support the strategic objectives through Bosch Services organization specially on the automation / digitalization topics;
Consultant in process related topics depending on HR IT application and testing activities;
Optimization of processes and tools to reduce the complexity, possible mistakes and response time using different IT applications.
What distinguishes you :
Master Degree in Organizational Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar;
Payroll and time management experience;
Excellent English and Dutch communication skills (written & verbal);
SAP HR knowledge;
Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization;
Exceptional attention to detail;
Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines;
Ability to work autonomously and / or in teams;
