The Channel Success Manager will be responsible for implementing the regional go to market strategy. We are looking for a leader to drive all aspects of the partner program including cost analysis and incentive structures, channel optimization and channel performance management.
Responsibilities include :
Drive and improve our frictionless signup process
Drive and improve our partner onboarding process
Work actively with Channel Operations, Marketing, Project Management and Digital Operations on IT systems needed to drive scale, integration, and automation into the business
Focus on enhancement, improvement, automation
Promote the value of partner programs internally and externally through marketing and education
Collaborate with global sales leaders to understand local issues and address their input
Provide analysis, support, ideas and guidance to regional internal and channel leadership teams.
Identify metrics and monitor ongoing program performance, making adjustments as needed.
Provide periodic updates on program performance to executive staff, including analysis of performance and recommendations of changes as needed.
Work to implement the strategy to maintain a healthy partner channel across the regions for multiple MSI brands
Grow the sales of MSI brands with key partners, promoting MSI brands in the fixed video space as the go to brands
Collaborate with legal team to work through contracts and incentive programs
Collaborate with finance team for insights and cost analysis, tracking channel performance and progress for all partner tiers and types
Collaborate with digital operations team for input on needs of partners in your region within our online partner portal
To be successful as Channel Operations Manager you should be / have :
5+ years experience in a channel management role
Comfortable with change and driving change
Strong understanding of the video surveillance & access control market
Ability to think strategically and to translate into measurable actions
Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills
Motivated and focused with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction
Strong presentation skills verbal and written, able to communicate complex solutions in informative way, and adapt to a varied audience
Excellent IT skills, in MS Excel, Google Sheets and other essential platforms
Willingness to travel on an average of once per quarter
Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills :
Experience managing channel programs within the video security industry
Prior experience in marketing and / or finance
