Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation :
The Senior Transformation Specialist is a part of the Global Team of GBS Program Management and reports to the Sr. Transformation Manager.
The position supports the overall GBS transformation (Europe, Asia Pacific, Greater China, North America, Latin America, Emerging Markets and CIS) by maintaining the GBS 2025 Transition Roadmap, monitoring the transition projects in GBS, preparing specific reports and assisting project management capabilities.
The Senior Transformation Specialist position will maintain all transition roadmap related topics including but not limited to transfers from center to center / global hub, transitions to complete current scope / geo expansion and transitions of new verticals / functions.
Based on the delivery model detailing, the location strategy and together with the respective GPO areas the Senior Transformation Specialist will also support the Sr.
Transformation Manager in the planning of all before mentioned transfers, incl. monitoring and controlling of their execution.
The position will also support the Sr. Transformation Manager in updating of our current transition methodology and framework to enable different but standardized approaches for the before mentioned transfers, shifts and transitions.
Therefore, it will work closely together with our global Transition and Change Management teams to leverage their past and current experiences.
The Senior Transformation Specialist will contribute to the design and build of our GBS transition methodology and toolkit and ensure that our Transition teams know how to use it effectively to deliver projects on time, to quality and by realizing targeted benefits.
She or he together with the Sr. Transformation Mgr. and the respective Transition team will also have an assisting role in ensuring that transition projects are sufficiently resourced and that the standard transition tools and methodologies are deployed consistently and effectively.
