We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to join the Quality team.
Full-time position based in our Porto office.
Supporting on measurement, calibration and monitoring equipment (e.g. ensure good conservation, perform equipment calibration registering and filing the respective documents);
Perform Quality Checks / internal and site audits for processes as indicated in procedures and as requested by management in a timely manner;
Following-up and updating of ENDIPREV Management System under supervision of the Quality Manager (e.g. elaborate, review and update documentation, contribute to system improvements);
Monitor and collect continuous improvement information;
Comply with safety procedures and rules established by ENDIPREV and / or by customers;
Provide customer support and investigate customer complaints, including ensuring corrective and preventative action steps are taken to solve the root cause of problems;
Analyze externaldocuments (legislation, standards, etc.) in matters of health and safety at work, and verifying compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to ENDIPREV;
Supporting to quality management process and its procedures (e.g. assess customer satisfaction, treat NoCompliance, etc.);
Degree Quality management or similar degree, or experience in the wind sector;
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
NP EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 good knowledge;
Driving license category B (mandatory);
English : Minimum level B1 (according to CECR classification);
Ability to communicate, orally, and in writing, with clarity, fluency, and accuracy;
Ability to be involved and committed to the working group, facing ENDIPREV’s goals and challenges, adopting a participatory and collaborative posture;
Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities;
