What's the opportunity about?

This role reports to the CRO and will work with a number of different teams within the company, serving as a bridge between sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in identifying and diagnosing challenges at different points in the customer journey.

The Head of Revenue Enablement should have expertise in Go-to-market strategy but is also eager to roll up their sleeves to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training, test messaging, coach salespeople and create content such as playbooks and job aids.

As Unbabel continues to grow, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our processes are smooth and scalable!

You'll help create understanding by...

  • owning onboarding for all new hires on the revenue teams
  • managing an Enablement calendar with monthly, quarterly and annual workshops and events for the revenue teams
  • shadowing customer calls across the revenue teams to understand our customers and our current approach
  • working with the CRO and each of the revenue team managers (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Solution Consultants) to develop and lead initiatives that will help remove the most urgent roadblocks to each team's success
  • working with RevOps to reconcile the company's performance data with qualitative observations from the field
  • working with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to implement new processes and knowledge within the revenue teams
  • designing and delivering training programs and enablement resources (playbooks, best practice libraries, knowledge base additions)
  • You'll move the needle if you have...

  • 3+ years of experience carrying a quota
  • 5+ years of sales enablement OR sales management experience
  • strong presentation skills, to include both stand-and-deliver and web-based training
  • previous experience working at a start-up / fast-paced, changing environment
  • able to work autonomously, taking a consultative approach
  • experience with change management and planning, orchestrating and measuring a "roll out"
  • bonus points)

  • Salesforce experience
  • Skills in Excel and ChartIO or another BI tool (organizing and interpreting data sets to diagnose enablement needs)
