Come help us paint Portugal pink!!! We are looking for a Team Coordinator who will be responsible for driving the business locally through motivation, relationships, initiative, business insight, passion and tenacity.

Support of the Too Faced Portugal field team and handling of operational responsibilities for Portugal are the main functions of the Team Coordinator.

The Team Coordinator’s main objective is to achieve retail sales targets in Sephora stores, through events and artistry, product education, training Sephora BC’s on the Too Faced Cosmetics product line and driving the team to achieve their specific goals.

The ideal candidate will be based in or around Lisbon, Portugal as this position will have the entire Center / Southern half of Portugal as their assigned territory.


Retail Sales

Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs given to you by your Commercial Manager by executing an effective sales strategy in stores complemented by promotional and event activity

Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empower them to increase their business through at-

counter events, outreach programs and scheduled appointments.

Take part in all major event set-up and execution, leading the sales team and selling by example.


Monitor level of cleanliness of counter stock & display units.

Adhere to current merchandising guidelines.

Make sure fixtures & tester units are clean & visually appealing.

Communicate any space & location changes immediately to Management.

Monitor tester replenishment.


Communicate with your Manager at least once weekly with one 30-60 minutes status call and by regular emails to update.

Weekly review of sales of total Market. Coach / Support your team on additional strategies to achieve sales goals.

Communicate / Visit Monthly with all stores within territory, adjusting frequency according to store potential

Communicate with Sephora’s structure on all out of stocks as they occur.

Inform the store teams of all seasonal activity / launches / events well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation.

Ensure excellent communication flow with you Team on a weekly basis, sharing key information and goals.

Ensure monthly reporting / action plan to your Commercial Manager for your Area


Communicate with your Team at least once weekly with one 30-60 minutes status call and by regular emails to update.

Weekly review of your Team’s performances face to face and organize periodical visits of their stores.

Monthly store visits with your Commercial Manager to secure relationships with store Managers and their teams.

Review your Team’s development plan twice a year and help them achieve their targets (quantitative and qualitative).

Participate in the recruitment of additional field team members and insure that they are fully trained.

Set monthly / quarterly goals to your Team, ensuring they have the tools to achieve them.


1- 2+ years professional experience of Sephora’s structure, make up business and KPIs for their market a must

3+ years’ experience in the Cosmetics industry

Prior management experience of leading, mentoring and developing large teams required

English skills, both written and verbal, preferred

Excellent communication skills desired

Excellent flexibility / adaptability

Passion for the beauty industry is a must

You need to be sales / results-driven and be confident with handling figures

Comfortable working out of a home office with approximately 90% travel within the region

Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
