What you ll do
You will support our People Development Managers in their daily business.
You will have the opportunity to lead your own People Development related project streams.
You will organize and manage our Performance Reviews to make sure that our Emmies receive a regular and fair feedback.
You will contribute on the design, implementation, and evaluation of current People Development projects.
You work closely with other P&O sub-teams (Organizational Development, Learning, HR Operations) across the globe and together you ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
You will be always approachable for other Emmies who have questions on People Development topics.
Who we're looking for :
You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant program of study e.g. business management, psychology or similar
You are passionate about People Development and HR related topics and you have a Drive
You like challenges and a fast pacing environment
You are a Team player, communicative and detail oriented
You stand for creativity and engagement
You are fluent in English
You have good MS-Office skills

Competitive salary of 1750€ per month for internships longer than 3 months.
