About the job role :
As a HR Administrative , you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.
Ultimately, you will guarantee that our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
As a HR Administrative , you will :
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal HRIS database systems
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Revise company policies
Liaise with external partners, like insurance provider, and ensure legal compliance
Support HRBP team with reports and relevant HR information
Support with onboarding and offboarding processes by cooperating with the Recruitment and Welcome Office teams
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Work together with the payroll department to ensure correct employee information (e.g. absenteeism, leaves, work schedule, offboard data)
