We are looking for a Support Specialist to contribute in the overall management of our end-user devices.
In this role, you will be in the center of OutSystems growth as a business, enabling other teams to go to market and serve (internal and external) customers with excellence.
Challenges and responsibilities
Integrate an endpoint administration team;
Configure, prepare and ship computers primarily to US users;
Replace computer components such as hard drives and batteries;
Engage with manufacturers for repairs and warranty;
Repurpose stock laptops for user delivery.
Basic knowledge in Active Directory or Azure AD
Knowledge operating Windows computers
Knowledge operating macOS computers
Experience troubleshooting and repairing laptops
A collaborative approach to address issues based on continuous open communication
A disciplined approach to problem-solving and project execution
Appetite to learn new technologies and constantly improve technical skills
