We are looking for an extremely motivated person to join our expanding team. You should be inspired by the great outdoors and feel rewarded in the fact that you are empowering people with the holidays of their lives.

You will be a key player in facilitating bucket list holidays for hundreds of people.

We’re offering a position as a key customer support figure in our exciting and growing company.

The position available is flexible hours, full time in Lisbon or Faro

For the right person, we offer the opportunity of a full-time permanent position with attractive prospects.

We are seeking a dynamic, confident and articulate person with great organisational and people skills.

Responsibilities

Emailing potential booking inquiries

Answering the phone to inquiries

Providing phone support to clients out on the road,

Updating customer requests by updating account information and recording details of any customer issues / inquiries

Liaising with other members of our small team to resolve operational issues

Online chat support with clients.

Working to resolve any payment issues and provide support to the front line team

Your Profile

Experience working in customer services

Zendesk or similar CRM experience

Language : French and English essential

Passion for customer service

Excellent IT skills

Outgoing, friendly attitude, tactful and calm

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task

A keen willingness to pick up the phone and find solutions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong listening / comprehension skills

Independent problem-solving skills
