The L1 FCS Functional Support Team is the first line of functional and technical support for end users and key interface between them and the L2 FCS Regional support tems.
Working in close relanthioship with Helpdesk and FCS L2 Regional teams to improve the time to resolution.

Contributes to continuous improvement and promotes better usage of FCS standards
Contributes in improving the FCS Support Chain collaboration actively with FCS L2 and L3 Support teams
Identify lack of knowledge areas and inform users about FCS training catalogs and documentation
Knowledge in ERP basic functions of manufacturing and logistics.
1+ years overall experience in SAP
Basic business knowledge in automotive industry processes like EDI and customer flows
Good communication and expression skills in a international environment. Written and oral
Team-oriented, collaborative environment
Problem solving skills, with the ability to describe and document clearly the issue
Strong customer focus
Native language and English
