About the job

The Offering Advisory and Products team is looking to expand in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as a Sustainability and Investment Funds analyst.

Your Main Activities Are

Contribute to Sustainability and Investment funds analysis processes

Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Central Team; and produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients (mainly Wealth Management regional locations)

  • Potentially ensure the coordination with all stakeholders collect and analyse all the primary data;
  • Use offering platforms (Investment Funds, Sustainability, Equities) to perform tasks related to Offering processes

    Follow the dedicated processes to produce reports

    Ensure elementary data quality controlling : check inflows / outflows for consistency

    Potential participation to ad hoc committees

    Profile and Skills to Success

    Bachelor or Master?s degree in Engineering or Finance

    Strong interest in data handling

    Strong knowledge in Excel (mandatory). Knowledge of VBA and Access considered as a plus

    Previous experience in Investment Funds and / or Sustainability processes, considered a plus

    Strong analysis capacity, rigor and accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, organization and responsibility

    Capacity to commit to deadlines

    Strong interpersonal working relationships and team spirit (follow-up / feedback)

    Able to adapt to a fast pace and multi-cultural environment

    Fluency in English, French language skills considered a plus
