Responsibilities

Understand and work in an international B2B and SaaS product environment
Be part of the product management team and collaboratively help to build the product strategy and objectives
Follow up on outbound marketing campaigns and event leads
Qualify leads and identify opportunities by doing the first level discovery call with prospects
Communicate with prospects through a variety of channels including Phone, Email, Social media, etc.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, the customers, the prospects, the partners, and the competitors
Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demos, trials, negotiations and the closing process.
Engage and work with business partners where appropriate
Responsible for sales hygiene (ex. logging activities, keeping updated CRM)
Collect feedback and act as a bridge between customers and the product team
Establish and promote positive relationships
Solve customer issues proactively to maximize satisfaction

CloudCockpit is a web console to centrally manage the CSP network of cloud products, allowing to manage customer information and control subscriptions.
The solution works by supporting and simultaneously to support the relationship with the partners team who have their offer.
It allows to scale the sales channel faster and support it more efficiently.
The flow is simple : the CSP sells directly or through the reseller. This reseller will sell to a company and that company has a universe of users.
There is also the possibility of complementing the solution or supporting the partners in optimizing their operations with associated services, such as integrating the information with existing billing systems.
