Candidate Care Associate Specialist - Onboarding Expert Lisbon (M / F)
Your new role :
Act as a functional area subject matter expert to oversee end-to-end hiring administration and excellent customer experience;
Utilize HR case management and knowledge management system to obtain resolutions and document / track cases;
Possess advanced GTA and process knowledge to support all standard and ancillary hiring activities to ensure first day productivity;
Initiate Global Background Check and Monitor for completion and adjudicate decisional results;
Oversee creation of Offer letter and contracts;
Act as point of contact for New Hires and Hiring Managers;
Process ready for hire and any other needed updates in Workday;
Support onboarding activities;
Partner proactively with HR Service Delivery to provide guidance and coaching; identify when additional training or knowledge is needed to prevent escalations;
Recommend changes or updates to HR Portal content to enable better self-service support;
Participate on special assignments or teams as assigned.
What you need to be successful :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related area;
At least two years of related work experience, e.g., Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Shared Services, or customer care;
Previous experience in a GBS environment;
Capable to work independently and coordinate with key partner groups;
Experience in Workday (nice to have);
Fluent in English (mandatory);
