Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

The Operational Workforce Management (OWM) team provides key insights & analytics for decision making around the organization and its workforce to senior stakeholders.

Rooted in high quality data, it provides reports and analytics to create transparency and insights across key workforce drivers.

As connector between HR Strategy and operations it creates a holistic picture which ensures targets and budgets are reached.

As key contact it supports HR Data to secure data quality and ensures efficient & effective E2E process solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Tracking :

  • Track and govern organization of respective business partner areas
  • Support reporting and analytics of workforce and organization around FTE and PEX
  • FTE & PEX Planning :

  • Execute Overall FTE & PEX planning process, forecasting and budgeting
  • Monitor, control and analyse FTE & PEX development against forecast and target of respective business partner areas
  • Measure FC Accuracy development and propose action plan to improve it
  • Ensure correct FTE & PEX planning of respective business partner areas
  • Workforce Reporting & Controlling :

  • Execute Global Upskilling Workshops for business partners
  • Actively participate in projects and support the implementation of findings and sustainability of achievements
  • Answer respective business partner requests (incl. ad hoc and deep dive analysis)
  • Prepare monthly meetings with respective business partners
  • Create standard reporting for all relevant statistics
  • Key Relationships :

  • HR Managers and Directors
  • Financial Controllers and Senior Management
  • Other GBS teams
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong financial acumen
  • Solid experience with both SAP Finance and HR
  • Excellent Excel and BI knowledge
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation; can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety of functions, audiences, management styles or cultures
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance
  • Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obviousBusiness Acumen
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • University degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance / Controlling or similar
  • 2 plus years relevant work experience in People Analytics or Financial HR Controlling
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
