In this position, you will provide technical support for robots and robot systems in Robotic Customer Service in Matosinhos (Oporto), Portugal, delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on-site.
Reporting to the Robotics Service Manager, your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
