We are looking for a new team member to support our customers from home by phone and email part-time (flexible working hours) from January on .
Receiving and processing telephone and e-mail customer requests in (Swiss) German
User & application support (1st level support)
Forwarding of support cases to 2nd level support
Documentation of the incident cases in English
Very good phone availability and response time during the agreed working times (block times)
Communicative, confident and analytical personality
Good oral understanding of the Swiss-German dialects
Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written)
Very good knowledge of Italian language is an advantage
Experience as Helpdesk Agent is an advantage
Quiet working environment must be guaranteed
