Responsibilities :

  • Handle requests via ticket from internal customers or external suppliers
  • Analyze and provide adequate and timely response to all information requested
  • Ensure request resolution
  • Liaise with colleagues to solve issues
  • Develop process documentation and support process improvements
  • Requirements :

  • 1-year experience in Service Line environment, preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in the use of ERP systems (SAP FI preferred) and MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus (German, Spanish, Italian, Romanian or French)
  • Academic background in accounting or management is a plus
  • Customer orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
