The CVM (Customer Value Management) Commercial Lead is responsible for helping to shape and implement the base growth and retention strategy for their area, ensuring all customer interactions are relevant and build a broad and deep relationship with our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the Clube Viva offer design, with appropriate pricing and develop campaigns in the customer base;
  • Assists in the development of a compelling and inspiring vision, strategy and ambition including experience, commercial and operational dimensions;
  • Develops a detailed understanding of the economics of the product / service / channel and uses this to drive commercial improvement;
  • Identifies areas of opportunity on customer experience and operational efficiency and recommends actions to drive performance and improvement;
  • Champions best practice throughout the Squad / Team with focus on customer and brand experience;
  • Experience of digital marketing techniques and agile methodologies;
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills. (Ideally experience in commercial / new partnerships negotiations);
  • Proven track record of managing complex roadmaps, associated budgets and other related resources;
  • Experience in managing budgets, developing business cases and building strategies;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree (or equivalent) in quantitative fields like Economics, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or similar;
  • Experience of launching products and propositions in a technology-based matrix organization;
  • Strong understanding of new ecosystem partnerships;
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
