ABOUT THE POSITION
As an eCommerce / Merchandise Planning Manager you will :
Have a commercial role, responsible for the P&L of the category, forecasting and financial target setting and tracking.
Forecast at category & SKU level targets Weekly / Monthly / Quaterly financial targets.
Trade management to drive action in the week to monitor actuals vs forecast and review and maintain the latest view.
Liaise with pricing on markdown opportunity.
Improving forecast on markdown opportunity.
Improving forecast to reflect latest sales plans.

Strong focus on eCommerce ROI analysis and forecast to develop strategic and tactical plans, that can drive the expansion of online penetration and channel development;
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan and develop targeted strategies focused on goals and financial targets;
Establish good relationships with third-party delivery channels and optimize the performance of delivery platforms.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer journey across all digital channels and customer touch points.
Bachelor or Master in Management, Marketing, Economics, IT, Software or another relevant related area;
Have at least 2-5 years of relevant experience working as a eCommerce / eSales Manager or Associate with challenging timeframes and deliverables, preferably on an international environment
Preferably commercial planning / merchandise planning experience in retail; retail math familiarity with planning software / excel proficiency;
Have a digital marketing and eCommerce skills background with knowledge of the concepts and relevant tools;
Previous experience working within a online merchandise and eCommerce CMS platform (Magento, Prestashop, Wocommerce, Shopify, Salesforce, or others);
Experienced with Google Tools (Analytics, Data Studio, Ads, Business) and other relevant tools for eCommerce;
Be creative, proactive, logical and innovative and will not just accept the status quo
Be highly results-driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a very fast-paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of working with teams around any location in the globe, at all levels within and external to the business
Computer literate with superior knowledge of Excel and a strong interest in internet technologies and media;
Nice to have : detail-oriented, retail acumen and analytics profile;
Able and eager to learn new concepts, with a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around data, insights and actions;
Self-starter, energetic person, charismatic personality, capable to engage and influence all stakeholders and partners of an international project.
