Responsabilities :

  • Provide email support to customers of a cross-platform centralized messaging and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service
  • Responsible for helping to educate users on how to successfully use the platform
  • Provide product and tool support to improve customers experience and drive more efficient support experiences
  • Ability to identify trends and solve problems facing multiple payment customers
  • Identify and escalate bugs or other products issues
  • Success in this position requires exceptional customer empathy and educational skills; an ability to give valuable product feedback and passion for supporting customers.
