Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Tech Talent Engagement Lead to keep our user community engaged and getting value out of our services and products.

Your main goal will be to make Landing.Jobs to be considered by our talent base as their preferred career management and payments provider.

You’ll be responsible for a team and have a proper budget to manage.

Your role will be all about :

  • Owning the Talent Value Proposition and tone of voice for the various user segments, refining it according to the company strategy, the market context and our products;
  • Defining our Talent Engagement strategy and plan, aligned with the company goals, and ensuring its successful execution, monitoring and management, reporting directly to the CMO;
  • Managing our Talent Users Community, defining, planning and executing digital and non-digital initiatives and campaigns to improve Talent Engagement levels, such as events, workshops, training programs, content marketing, surveys, reports, among others;
  • Define and implement a strong tech communities partnerships network strategy to support our international expansion using our partners tech talent user base / followers;
  • Mapping and monitoring closely and continuously all our Talent Users touchpoints (digital and non-digital), identifying improvement opportunities all along the Talent Lifecycle, both in our digital platform and other channels;
  • Supporting the definition of our products evolution from a Talent user perspective;
  • Setup, deploy and execute Talent Satisfaction and Engagement processes to continuously monitor our Talent Users Community mood regarding our products and the market itself;
  • Keeping up to date with the context, competition and trends of the Tech Talent Market, with a special focus on our competitors;
  • Analyse and report results to the CMO / Management, using them to guide future decisions about budget, channels, campaigns and audiences, proactively suggesting improvements.
  • This is a remote work first position, with the possibility of office days ( Lisbon).

    Main requirements

    A good candidate for this position should be / have :

  • More than 5 years experience in the International Tech Talent Hiring market, with a deep knowledge of it
  • More than 2 years of marketing experience
  • Experience managing managing teams, suppliers and budget
  • A strong network in the Tech Talent market, and a keen ability to grow it as a support for partnerships and market knowledge acquisition
  • Good creative skills allied with a strong capacity for organization and delivery of results
  • Good Interpersonal and Leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, good and persuasive communicator, both written and orally
  • Used to a fast-paced demanding environment, and flexible enough to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives
  • Able to work well in a remote, async environment, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
  • Resilient in face of adversities, and able to maintain calm under pressure
  • Ambitious and no-bullshit / get shit done personality
  • What we offer
